What is F4 Portal

F4 Portal is an app designed for the MCM service department that supports the digital compilation of operations.

Main Page

By clicking on Sign In, you will access the app’s dashboard, from which you can navigate through the different functional areas.

Quick Start

1. Log in by pressing Sign In.
2. Navigate the dashboard to get started.
3. Within Operation, select the phase of interest:
   • e.g., “First Informative” for initial data
   • “End of intervention” to complete the process
4. Refer to the Installation section for technical setup instructions.
