Final Disclosure

This page concerns the situation in which the technician finds themselves before leaving the customer's company.
As in the disclosure completed at the beginning of the intervention, the customer must also accept and fill in the information here
before the technician can begin any type of activity.

After signing, the two adjacent buttons allow either saving the signature or
deleting it to redo it in case of an error. Finally, we can press the
"confirm" button.
