Intervention Details
This is the screen dedicated to the actual intervention. At the top, we find the reference to the call (Ticket), the intervention, the customer, the warranty, and the hotline operator.
Next, there are the instructions provided by the hotline operator regarding the intervention, and the Internal Note field where the hotline operator can add additional information that may be necessary for the technician to carry out the intervention.
If the technician has further information they wish to add, they can do so without any issues. The Work Performed field, however, is where the technician must enter the actual work carried out.
